Recruitment Procedure

We follow a very stringent recruitment procedure that exceeds minimum standards set for the industry, to ensure our co-workers are suitably experienced and matched for the needs of the service.

Staff Checks

We carry out fully enhanced DBS checks on everyone, recruit on behalf of our clients and also check references including any certificates they may hold.

Assessment Interviews

Co-workers are always interviewed in person with a full assessment interview. Each co-worker supplies their full work history has a minimum of 2 references covering a minimum of the last 3 years.

Dedicated Account Manager

We offer a dedicated account manager that will cater to your staffing needs.

Weekly Meetings

Your personal account manager will meet you as often as you need and take details of the staff that is required in order to arrange enough cover throughout the week.

Emergency Help

We understand that Home Care is a 24 hours day and 365 days job which is why we have an on-call person to arrange emergency help outside of office hours.
